Side A opens with a demo from Harvey Atkin, subject of this month's interview. The demo is the actual demo Harvey sends out to agencies and potential clients. We fill out the rest of side A with a great selection of promos, including a pair of well-done traffic/weather promos from NewsRadio KOA in Denver, more superb work from "down under" at 2DAY-FM, and cut 9 offers a great approach to the old "advertise on our station" type of promo. The last cut on side A provides a different twist on a concert promo.
Side B is filled with spots including a couple of spoofs thrown in on cuts 5 and 6. Reid Thrush sends us cut 6, "Charleston Harbor Bottled Water," and notes that it was inspired by a spoof spot from Joel Moss/WEBN heard on the April 1990 Cassette.
