August 1999 RAP Cassette
Welcome to the August ’99 RAP Cassette! Side A kicks off with a demo from
this month’s interview subject, Dave Lee from WAMZ, Louisville. The demo
contains a couple of items referred to in the interview, including Dave’s
multi-award winning spot for Mike’s Taxidermy.
We generally get more promos and sweepers submitted than commercials, so the
rest of this month’s Cassette is devoted to highlighting some great imaging
work from small market to large. Side A offers eight well-done sweeper
montages, and side B is filled with a superb selection of promos. We’ll
serve up the usual commercial selection next month!
Great work everyone and thanks for your contributions to this month’s RAP
Cassette! Those of you not on this month’s Cassette, search your files for
something you’ve done recently that you’re proud of. Make a quick dub and
send it in. The deadline for the September RAP Cassette is August 21.
